These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the game Untamed (“the Game”, “we”, “us”). By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

When you play Untamed on a third-party platform such as CrazyGames, that platform’s own terms of service also apply to your use, alongside these Terms.

1. License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own entertainment. This license does not transfer any ownership of the Game to you.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or use unauthorized third-party software to modify gameplay;
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Game or its supporting services;
Harass, abuse, or harm other players, including during online co-op sessions;
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the rules of the platform you play on.

3. Online Co-op Conduct

The Game offers online co-op play. You are responsible for your own conduct during shared sessions. We may limit, suspend, or remove access to online features if this section or the acceptable-use rules above are breached.

4. Intellectual Property

The Game and all of its content — including code, artwork, models, music, text, and the “Untamed” name and branding — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party assets used within the Game remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Game without our prior written permission.

5. Game Progress and Saves

The Game may store your progress locally on your device and/or via a platform cloud-save feature. We do not guarantee that saved progress will always be available, and progress may be lost due to browser settings, device changes, or platform issues. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how save data is handled.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Game available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Game may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Online features depend on third-party services that may be unavailable from time to time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued play after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
